Guest Comments November 18, 2011 Good morning Stonebridge Staff, We specialize with elevator car interior renovations. Our crew was up to complete a job for Otis Elevator at Peter Pond Mall.
Our crew worked 12 hour days and they told me they enjoyed their stay at Stonebridge. They enjoyed the dinning room breakfast and dinners you provided as well as the room. Hello there, I just want to start by saying, thank you. Thank you to all the staff & management for a great and pleasurable stay at the Stonebridge Fort McMurray. Your staff has made me feel welcomed right from when I checked into the hotel & to the end of my stay. Congratulations on the great customer service, hospitality & kindness that has exhausts from Stonebridge. And don't ever stop that on going positive attitude that embraces in your establishment and great staff. I had a booking with another Hotel in the area, however after a night stay at that unfortunate establishment, I needed to look elsewhere. My employer quickily went into action and found Stonebridge hotel for me. So I booked a night stay, unsure at this time because of my false stay at the previous establishment. However, when I checked into the Stonebridge I was greeted with good customer service. And surprisingly the front desk personelle noticed I was wary- so I filled her in on my unpleasant experience at the previous hotel. She insured me that I will enjoy my stay, and even told me to inspect my room and let her know if anything is not right or unacceptable and they will take the appropriate measures to fix it. She even added that if I felt the room unsanitary or unclean that she will immediatley send housekeeping to reclean the room or get me a new room- no questions asked. I was surprised by that suggestion but welcomed it. And room was great by the way. So to make a boastful story short, I was welcomed, had a wonderful stay & left Fort McMurray and Stonebridge hotel with a positive and happy experience. I will definetly recommend Stonebridge to other colleagues, friends and family. And again, because of your thoughtful and welcoming staff, your Hotel is already successful. Thank you again. - Found your bedding a very nice touch of home -I've enjoyed my Stay very much and ended up stating another night. Will be Back. -the rooms really nice, good price, enjoyed staying here. -See u next month - you make it hard to stay anywhere else. -Always treated with exception friendly service by all staff. Almost feels like home See u next month!! -The lady that checked me in - awesome service! -Housekeeping always the best!! :) -The two girls that was working was so friendly. -Housekeeping is great, front desk is wonderful... Extremely helpful -Housekeeping staff do a great job of maintaining + cleaning my room. -Provided good ideas for eating & shopping -Is not the best. you got a very nice housekeeper staff. room needs upgrades like carpet and furniture. But it is a nice hotel. - Your rooms are immaculate.
